Nagam alleges Rs 2,400-crore scam

BJP leader Dr Nagam Janardhan Reddy has alleged that Rs 2,400-crore scam took place in Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme’s Pump House construction.

Speaking to the media here on Friday, Nagam claimed that the state government enhanced Rs 50 crore worth motors’ estimations up to Rs 90 crore. He said there are 35 pumping stations in the scheme. He said he addressed a letter to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao with all details. He asked KCR to explain how he spent Rs 700 crore given by the Centre to the farmers. He reminded that he lodged a complaint with the Enforcement Directorate, Vigilance and CVC against KCR.

Dubbing KCR as Telangana betrayer, Nagam pulled up KCR for insulting Amit Shah. He exuded confidence that the BJP would come to power under the leadership of Amit Shah whenever elections held. He also dared KCR for a debate at Pragathi Bhavan. (NSS)
