Congress leader N D Tiwari was admitted to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) today after the octagenarian complained of uneasiness. AIIMS official said the leader was admitted in the old private ward of the hospital. “He was brought to the hospital in the afternoon. He is fine now and has been asked to undergo multiple tests as he is suffering from diseases like diabetes and ischemic heart disease,” the official added. The Congree leader had given his blood sample in Dehradun on May 29 in connection with the paternity suit filed by one Rohit Shekhar who claimed to be his biological son after the directives of the Supreme Court.
