My govt not intefering with Ajmer blast probe: Gehlot

Jaipur, October 27: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today rejected the charge that his government was interfering in the probe by Anti Terrorism Squad into the Ajmer blast case, in which RSS leader Indresh Kumar’s name figured, by asking for relevant file.

“Since the entire probe and blast matter is sub-judice, the government has no role in it”, Gehlot told reporters here.

Asked whether the CMO had asked the ATS to forward the probe file or the chargesheet, Gehlot said that “in sub-judice matter, no government has any role…in this investigation too the Congress government has no role, no interference either”.

He refuted reports that file relating to the case had gone to the government.

“Government has not intefered with the probe by ATS in the said matter”, Gehlot said.
