TDP leader Mothkupally Narsimhulu here on Thursday said while party supremo and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu was keen on making him Governor of a State, his life’s goal was to defeat TRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao at the hustings.
Speaking at the Mahanadu on the second day today, Mothkupally said Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu wanted to make him as governor while his ambition was to defeat KCR in the next elections. Reacting to this, Naidu asked, “If you become a governor, who would be here to raise voice? Mothkupally replied he was ready to do whatever Chandrababu Naidu wants him to do like a party soldier.
Stating that TRS chief KCR has no right to dictate the media, the TDP leader dubbed KCR as a liar. He pointed out that before the elections, KCR had proclaimed that he would make a Dalit as chief minister of Telangana State, but later he swallowed his word and became the CM himself. (NSS)
