MWD expedites hiring process of Urdu officers

Hyderabad: Minority Welfare Department consulted Telangana Public Service Commission and Police Recruitment Board to get acquainted with the recruitment process on 66 new posts of Urdu officers. Secretary Minority Welfare Dana Kirshore consulted Secretary Director Urdu Academy Prf. S A Shukoor and decided to complete recruitment process within time as promised by chief minister.

Prof. S A Shukoor called on Public Service Commission Chairman Purnachandra Rao IPS and sought information regarding recruitment process.

It is said that if Public Service Commission’s process of recruitment is adopted it may take 3 months’ time, while Minority Welfare Department has to begin the recruitment process within a month. After consultation with the chief minister, process will begin with the coordination of any one of the two institutions.

Candidates’ age should be between 21 to 44 years. Women candidates will be given 33 pc reservation under the rule of reservations.
