As a nationwide debate escalate over Muslims not chanting ‘Bhartah Mata ki Jai’, Shankarachariya comes in support to Muslims saying as Muslim prays to only Allah, they can’t say ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ or ‘Vande Matram’.
When Muslims say “ASHHADU ALLA ILAHA ILLALLAH, WA ASHHADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR-RASULULLAH (I declare that there is no God but Allah and Muhammed(PBUH) is the messanger of Allah), then how can they chant Bharath Mata ki Jai?, asks Shankaracharya ?
“Speaking about Muslims loyality towards nation he says “Muslims love this country as musch that wo sar kata sakte hain lekin sar jhuka nahi sakte ( Muslims willingly sacrifice their life for tha nation, but they will not bow down)”, said Shankar Acharya.
He further said that Muslim loves Prophet(PBUH) more than their lives, but they don’t worship him because for them Allah is alone to be worship.
“Mother who rewarded with great respect and though Heaven lies beneath the mother’s feet muslim do not worship her, as they worship only Allah, ao its Impossible for Muslims to says ‘Bharath Mata ki Jay’ or ‘Vande matram'”, he added.
