A Supreme Court lawyer, founding member of Swaraj Abhiyan, prominent civil rights lawyer and one of the founding members of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) – Prashant Bhushan, exposed the so-called nationalists through his tweet on role of Muslims in freedom struggle.
“Almost all patriotic slogans and songs in the fight for freedom were written by Muslims while Hindutva organisation or group did nothing,” said Prashant.
He tweeted, “most of the revolutionary slogans & songs coined in Indep struggle were created by Muslims. The Hindutva groups did not even fight for Indep!”

The jittery Hindutva organisations trolled him for linking religion with patriotism.
