Muslims are threat to social harmony and development: Union Minister Giriraj Singh

New Delhi: Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Giriraj Singh has again made headlines by saying that Muslims are a threat to social harmony and development of the country.

While speaking in an interview with News 18, Giriraj said, “The growing population of the country, especially Muslims, is a threat to the social fabric, social harmony, and development of the country.”

Regarding Padmavati: He had said “does Sanjay Bhansali or anyone else has guts to make films on other religions or comment upon them? They make films on Hindu gurus, gods & warriors. We won’t tolerate this anymore,” quotes DNA.

Regarding cow: In 2015, he had said, the difference between cow and goat meat is similar to the difference between a sister and a wife.

‘Nationalism’: In 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Singh asked Modi’s critics to leave India and settle in Pakistan.
