State level Sunni Conference of Saday-e-Islam was held on Sunday at Eidgah Bilali,Hockey Ground, Masab Tank under the patronage of Hazrath Shaik Tajuddin Junaidi, Sajjadanasheen of Shaik Rouza of Gulbarga. Maulana Khaleel Ahmed supervised the conference.
Maulana Syed Jalaluddin Ashraf Ashrafi(kachocha shareef) in his address emphasized the need to offer salaath as it is the key to success. When the person bows his head before Allah(SWT), he orders His angels to shower his blessings on him. Nobody was successful by leaving Allah(SWT).
The act of offering salaath has been the most favorable thing right from Hazrath Mohammed (PBUH) to this day.
Maulana Viqar Pasha said that Prophet Mohammed(PBUH) is the cause of creation of this universe and he is the last Prophet. When he came, all the Prophets of Islam had vanished. His birth was with a gigantic purpose. He came into this world to introduce Allah(SWT).
Maulana Syed Kazim Pasha Quadri in his speech told that today’s younger generation could revolutionize the Muslim Ummah. It is most unfortunate if we go astray from the teachings of Islam. The affection of Prophet Mohammed(PBUH) should not become lip service. We should present it as a model of Prophet’s(PBUH) life with our action.
Prof. Mustafa Shareef spoke on ‘the status of women in Islam’. He told that only those girls would get salvation whose mothers nourish them according to Islamic teachings. Mother plays an important role in the success or humiliation in the life of a person. He advised women when they go for matrimonial alliances they should stop pinpointing defects in girls.
Maulana Syed Shareef Pasha Quadri expressed his impressions about the conference that it was a necessity of the Ummah, which has been fulfilled.
Maulana Mohammed Ahmed, Emir of the movement told that we should make it a mission of life to propagate Islam all the time. We should present Islam before others by exemplifying our character.
Dr. Quadri Pasha addressed on the grandeur of Islam. He said that we should not equate ourselves with the personality of the Prophet(PBUH). It may lead to infidelity.
He further advised the Muslims to keep their minds and hearts free from all the evil thoughts.
The function came to an end with the prayers offered by Maulana Mohammed Ahmed, the organiser of the conference.
A large number of men and women attended the conference.
