Hyderabad, September 2: Eid-ul-Fitr prayer was performed with full religious fervour in the twin cities of Hyderabad, and Secunderabad. The largest congregation was seen at Eidgah Meeralam on the occasion of Eid-ul Fitr, where lakhs of Muslims offered Eid prayer.
Explaining the blessings of Ramadan the khateebs of the mosques exhorted Muslims to maintain the same spirit all the year. They advised them to continue worshiping the whole year with the same spirit as they did during Ramadan and continue helping the deserving people.
Addressing Muslims at Eidgah Meeralam, Dr. Saifullah advised Muslim community to pay special attention to poor and deprived. He told that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) gave special importance to taking good care of orphan children.
