Hyderabad, December 11: Renowned Telugu poet Shaikh Haji Noorani’s poetic collection in Telugu language “Siren” has been released by Dr. K Srinivas editor “Andhra Jyoti” at Press club Basheer Bagh.
Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan Managing Editor Siasat daily, Dr. K Srinivas chief editor Andhra Jyoti, Mr. M Narayana chief editor Namaste Telangana, Mr. Anwar Khan ex-principal Anwarul Uloom Junior college (retd.) attended the ceremony as chief guests. Mohammad Valiur Rahman advocate presided over the function.
Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan told that right from its infancy till today Muslims have actively participated in Telangana movement. He asserted that we will have to strive together for achievement of Telangana. He said the way in which Shaikh Haji Noorani has exposed the issues generated with regard to Telangana in his poetic collection assumes much importance.
Dr. K Srinivas claimed that the poems written by Haji Noorani regarding Telangana will be the source of revolution.
