Mr.Basava Rajusaria Minister for B.C’s welfare convened a meeting of the concerned officials in Secretariat to sort out the difficulties faced by the Muslim students in getting Income certificates from the Govt Offices.The meeting was attended by Mr.Mohammed Ali Shabbeer,former Minister of Minorities Welfare ,Mr.Syed Omer Jaleel,IAS,Director of Backward Classes Welfare ,Mr.A.Perida, Principal Secretary and other officials.
Mr.Mohammed Ali Shabbeer brought the difficulties of the Muslim students to the notice of the members in getting income certificates.He pointed out that he received complaints from Krishna District that the students whose names start with Mohammed or abdul are not being given income certificates by revenue officials.The Principal Secretary and Director of B.c’s welfare clarified that instructions have already been issued to district collectors to issue certificates to the students whose names start with Mohammed or Abdul.
