Welfare Party of India as a firm believe in humanity and it will strive for bringing about a change in the political system of India will uniting the Muslims and all the depressed sections of the society.
National President of Welfare Party of India, Mr. Mujtaba Farooq told this while addressing the first state level conference yesterday at Nizam College ground in Hyderabad.
He told that the intellectuals at National Level have a feeling that the Muslims and the backward classes unitedly can form a strong political force which will made them future bright. Welfare Party of India as therefore started this struggle to put an end to political instability in the country. Mr. Mujtaba Farooq told that the country felt that it needed a new political system and it was also essential for the development of the Muslims to form a new political party based on secular values to get their rights resolved.
Mr. Prakash Ambedkar, Mr. Qasim Rasool Ilyas, Mr. Tasleem Rehmani, Mr. Zafarul Islam Khan and Ms. Lalitha Nayak participated in the conference. Mr. Jai Prakash Narayan MLA and President of Lok Satta Party, Revolutionary Poet Mr. Gaddar and Dr. Vinay Kumar also address the gathering.
Mr. Farooq Hussain told that the need was felt for a party which could get previlages for the Muslims on par with backward classes. Mr. Malik Mohtashim Khan, State President of Welfare Party of India in his address told that his party would float candidates in all the elections. He also hoped that it would registered success in the future. It is necessary for putting an end to the imbalanced political situation of the country to constitute a society based on equality. Mr. Prakash Ambedkar, Convener Maharashtra Democratic Front in his address told that the formation of Welfare Party is a Welcome gesture an hoped that the vacuum of not resolving the issues pertaining to the Muslims would now be ended. He told that all those National Political Parties were interested in spreading hatred would be in danger.
The philosophy of getting power by spreading hatred as become an episode of the past. He advised the Welfare party to make it clear that it agrees to the secular fabric of the country and also acts upon it. He further told the present political parties have started thinking that they are unbeatable. They have transformed themselves into corporate houses. Mr. Qasim Rasool Ilyas speaking on this occasion highlighted the aims and objectives of the formation of Welfare party. He said that this party will dismantle the walls of hatred and come forward to help every needy person.
He clarify Welfare party of India has not been formed to change the Govt. but it is in favour of changing the political system he told that there is no place for the persons who consider politics as business.
Welfare Party has been formed based on a dream to maintain peace and tranquility, society free from poverty and equality for all. Welfare party thinks that the terrorists are the traitors of this country Mr. Qasim Rasool Ilyas told that the Muslims have contributed a lot in the construction of this country. It will ensure the development of this country based on value based politics.
Revolutionary poet Gaddar, in his speech advise the Muslims to evaluate the importance of their vote and ensure women’s education he also told the Muslims to distinguish between friends and foes. He told that if depressed section of the country and the Muslims get united, one are two percent people won’t be able to govern this country. He further told that by preaching the lesson of practical equality we can gain a respectable place in society which is essential for the development of this country. So long as Muslims and backward classes do not struggle jointly, it is difficult to grapple in the portals of power.
Dr. Vinay Kumar in his address told that with the formation of Welfare Party of India new hopes and expectations have emerged he told that he lives mostly with Muslim friends and so he knows the kind of difficulties the Muslims are facing. He told that any one can shape his unique identity only by bringing about the change in society. To do this and to sustain his name in history, it is essential to perform such deeds which the world could remember. Dr. Vinay Kumar told that the kind of satisfaction and tranquility one gets by performing social service cannot be obtained through wealth. He has experimented it himself several times.
He hoped that Welfare Party of India will get the rights to the deserve people and it would generate unity among the depressed classes it will also play a pivotal role in ensuring politics free from wealth and irregularities. Dr. Vinay Kumar expresses good wishes for the success of this party.
Maulana Abdul Basith Anwar, Janab Abdul Nayeem, Janab Shoukat Ali Sufi, Mr. Neelam Dominic, Ms. Khaleda Parveen, Ms. Sheema Mohsin and Mr. Mohammed Azheruddin was also present in the conference.
Mr. Jay Prakash Narayana in his speech told that if we reckon the funds Govt. spends, we would know that Rs. 25 thousand are spent on each individual every year but no fruitful results are produced. He told that the formation of a good society is possible only through best training. Referring to a report of International Organization he said that on the basis of a survey conducted in 74 countries. It has been noticed that India ranks 73rd were no proper attention is paid on the training of children. He further told that it is essential to keep away the politicians who assume power by spending a lot of money but this cannot be done in a day or two. It requires a continuous struggle. Dr. Jay Prakash Narayan declared the present political system corrupt and hereditary. He stressed the need to bring people of good character into politics by ensuring their success in elections. Many non-Muslim groups also registered their presence in the conference. Popular singers also presented songs during the conference.
