Hyderabad: The miscreants had beaten a Muslim youth in Kamatipura during the Shobha Yatra procession which was taken out on the occasion of Ram Navami. Shah Inayat Gunj Police Station registered a case against the miscreants who beat Mohammed Chand. He was injured and sent to Osmania General Hospital.
Mr. M. Ravinder Reddy, Inspector of Police, Shah Inayat Gunj told that a criminal case has been registered and the recordings of CCTV cameras are being analyzed.
It may be mentioned that during this yatra, people had thrown water bottles and Gulab near Masjid Malakunta, near Moazzam Jahi Market but no case has been registered.
