Paris, August 06: In a disgraceful act, Frech police arrested a Muslim woman for violating burqa ban. A new video has been released on the Internet where a Muslim woman scuffling with French police officers.
The video shows helpless Muslim woman screaming at the police officers as they enforced ban on burqa.
Earlier this year, France banned Muslim women to wear burqa in the public. The French police has arrested a number of women for violating the law by wearing burqa.
In April 2011, two women were arrested along with several other people protesting in front of Notre Dame cathedral in Paris against the new law. The offenders also face fines of 150 euros.
The video is apparently shot with a mobile camera by a passerby.
