Movement for Education and Economic Telangana (MEET) has decided to collaborate with Muslim Sangam to formulate common strategies for the eradication of Illiteracy, educational and economic backwardness of the Muslim Community. A meeting was held yesterday at Roomana Plaza, Himayath Nagar. Mr Khalid Rasool Khan, President of Muslim Sangam and Mr. Syed Hameeduddin Ahmed Mahmood, General Secretary of MEET agreed to form a common Strategy to fight against the evil practices of Dowry System and unnecessary expenditure in marriages and other function of Muslim Society.
