Muslim representatives failed to attract Govt. attention for recruitment in residential schools

Hyderabad: Govt. makes lofty claims for the educational and economic developments of the poor. People’s representative makes a representation and get funds released in their respective constituency. It is very deplorable that Muslim representatives failed to exert their pressure in the appointments of regular teaching staff for the recently established residential schools for minorities whereas recruitments have taken place on permanent basis in the residential schools maintained by SCs, STs and BCs Dept. Our representatives concentrate on trivial facilities like distribution of garments during Ramazan and Iftar parties. They do not make any concerted efforts for getting jobs for Muslim youths. The result of dearth of effective Muslim representatives is that recruitments have been made on temporary basis in Minorities Residential schools.

It may be mentioned that for BCs 119 residential schools have been sanctioned for which 4616 posts have also been sanctioned which are regular. Permission has also been for the recruitment of 733 temporary employees.

Although Govt. started 71 residential schools for minorities in which more than 8000 students are studying but no permanent staff has been sanctioned for these schools. All the staff members are working as contract staff.
