New Delhi: All India Muslim Personal Law Board is planning to open Darul Qaza in every district in which solutions for marital problems will be given according to Sharia. The proposal is likely to be discussed in the meeting of Muslim Personal Law Board on July 15.
Speaking to media senior Board member Zafaryab Jeelani told that presently there are 40 Darul Qaza and we want to open Darul Qaza in every district of the country. The move aims at providing the solution of the problems in the light of sharia in the Darul Qaza itself instead of moving to courts.
