Muslim millionaire, who gave all his money to charity dies, left a message for you

SYDNEY: Ali Banat, a wealthy Muslim businessman from Australia had a lavish lifestyle that most youths could desire. But, his life took a dramatic turn when he was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and doctor gave Ali Banat 7 months to live.

Instead of chasing entities of the temporary world, Banat gave up all of his worldly possessions. He went on to set up ‘Muslims Around The World” (MATW)’, a non-profit and community-based charity project aimed at “providing financial assistance and outreach to those in need”.

His organization built mosques and schools for the less fortunate in the poverty-stricken areas of Togo, Africa.

The 32-year-old millionaire who helped changed the lives of so many people through his charity work have passed away earlier this week in the blessed month of Ramadan.

In a short documentary recorded prior to his death, a man with kind heart in his last message asked people to continue his work.

In the video ‘Gifted With Cancer’ uploaded to YouTube channel OnePath Network that went viral, Banat described his illness as a “gift” because Allah (SWT) has given me a chance to change.

“As you can see in this life we had the cars, we had the money, we had everything.”

“So during your life brothers and sisters just try to have a goal, try to have a plan that you work towards. Even if it’s not you personally funding it, and you are funding someone else’s projects just do something because Wallah you are going to need it on the Day of Judgement,” he said.
