Muslim family maintains Gaushala in NCR

New Delhi: Amidst Hindu-Muslim communal tensions in the name of cow slaughter and love Jihad, a Muslim family is maintaining a Gaushala in NCR, 100 km away from national capital Delhi. The family takes care of stray cows and those who are ill. The other day MP and President Delhi Pradesh BJP Manoj Tiwari visited Madhusudan gaushala. He told that the Muslim youth by maintaining a Gaushala has set an example of Hindu-Muslim brotherhood. He said those who complain of bad condition of cows and stray cows should also learn a lesson from the youth.

Zubaidur Rahman alias Babban Khan who is a businessman in Delhi has set an example of communal harmony by maintaining a gaushala in the village. He got the inspiration from his mother who loves cows very much. His family has been taking care of cows for the past 50 years.

Presently the Gaushala has more than 50 cows. Whenever marriage of any poor person is conducted in the village the gaushala provides free milk to them. Babban Khan’s wife, Azra Khan, son Ameerur Rahman and Fazeelur Rahman also serve the cows. Babban Khan told that he opened the Gaushala 5 years ago on a 25 acre land in mango garden.
