National President of Ambedkar National Congress Mr. Mohammed Kazim Ali Khan in a statement released yesterday told that in the case of nomination of the candiate for the post of President of India, tradition has been deviated. The post of Vice President of India is also a prestigious post.
Earlier, Dr. Radhakrishnan, Dr. Zakir Hussain, Dr. Shankar Dayal Shamra were devated to the past of President after securing as Vice President. This time also the name of Mr. Hamid Ansari was making round and it was expected that a consensus would be arrived at on his name but unfortunately, the name of Mr. Hamid Ansari was suppressed under a conspiracy which is a blatant anti-Muslim act which no Muslim of India would tolerate.
He declared that in the next election National Congress will nominate 150 candidates. He condemned the incident of burning the houses of the Muslims in Pratapgarh. He demanded the Samajwadi Party Govt. to take immediate action against those responsible for this incident. He also appealed to the Muslims to be patient.
