Mushroom Ka Korma

Ingredients
•Mushrooms 20
•Oil 2 tablespoons
•Green cardamoms 4
•Black cardamom 1
•Caraway seed (shahi jeera) powder a pinch
•Onions,chopped 2 medium
•Cashewnut paste 2 tablespoons
•Milk 2 cups
•Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
•Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
•White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
•Yogurt 1 tablespoon
•Turmeric powder a pinch
Method
Heat oil in a non stick pan, add green cardamoms, black cardamoms, caraway seeds and onions and saute till lightly coloured.

Quarter mushrooms and add to the pan and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add milk and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add cashewnut paste and mix.

Mix green cardamom powder, garam masala powder and white pepper powder with 2 tbsps water and add to the mushrooms. Add salt and yogurt and mix well.

Simmer for 1-2 minutes.Serve hot.
