MURG RAAN -E- MEHRUNNISA

Ingredients
Chicken (Bone Less) 200gm
Red Chilly Powder 50g
Cashew nut Paste 50g
Lemon Juice 2tsp
Roasted Chana 2tsp
Kewra Water 1tsp
Rose Water 1tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tsp
Oil 50ml
Garam Masala 1/2tsp

METHOD
• Marinate chicken with all ingredients & keep it for 1 hour
• Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken till it tender
• For absorbing oil keep the cooked chicken on tissue paper for sometime
• Serve it hot by adding onion and lemon juice on it.
