Ingredients
Chicken (Small Cubes) 200gm
Yellow Pepper Powder 5gm
Onion 50gm
Cashew Nuts 2TSP
Charoli (Chironji) 2tsp
Kewra Water 1tsp
Ghee 2tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tsp
Oil 50gm
Curd 50gm
Poppy Seeds 10gm
Garam Masala 1tsp
METHOD
• Prepare paste of roasted cashew nuts, poppy seeds and charoli
• Heat oil and ghee in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste till it turns golden
• Add the paste and cook on low flame for 10 mins
• Add curd and cook for 5 mins
• Add chicken and cook for 15 mins
• Slow the flames and add kewra water
• Serve hot with onion and lemon
