Tension prevailed at Mahidpur tehsil headquarters where a youth was killed during a dispute over playing cricket. Police said that Hemant (22) was slain and another youth severely injured last night. Shops and other places shut down. Late last night, senior officers took stock of the situation and pacified people. An additional police force was stationed.
