A man by name Shaik Nazeer Ahmed who sentenced for life imprisonment and fined rupees 10,000 by the Hon’ble II Addl.MSJ,Nampally,in a murder for gain of person G Babu rao who was the sweeper of “GPO”which was happend in the premises of general post office”GPO”located at abids in the year of 2009……….
According to the details on the intervening night of 2’3 february 2009 in the premises of the office of Railway Masil Services (for short “RMS”) situated on the II floor of General Post Office,One G.Babu Rao (hereiun after called as deceased) was working as Sweeper in the said RMS office is the deceased.Shaik Nazeer Ahmed @ Nazeer @ Bhaiyya who is also sweeper in the said office is the accused in this case.The accused is working as Sweeper in RMS Z Division,II floor,GPO,Hyderabad.As the watchman of the said section Syed Ali Haneef was on sick he was posted as watchman of the said section about one month ago.The accused addicted to all bad vices and incurred debts in the society.As he could not meet his lavish desire due to his meagre earnings,he decided to commit theft of cash.On that he managed to prepare duplicate keys of the cash chest as well as acquainted well with the nook and corner of the building.He also purchase iron hammer,electric drill machine,electric angle cutter,drills of various sizes,one pocker,etc and kept all those implements in a cloth hand bag and concealed in almirah of the recreation room of the RMS office.In furtherance of his plan on 2 february 2009,he asked for permission for the duty for two days.As such in his place the deceased was posted as watchman for the night watch.On 2 as per his plan the accused went to General Post Office and contacted the deceased Babu Rao on phone from a PCO and asked him to come down and they went to Kachiguda,purchased a full bottle whiskey and purchased some food stuff,brought the same to the office and consumed in the office itself.After consuming liquor the deceased Babu Rao became unconscious.Taking advantage of the same the accused picked up the boulder available in the recreation club of the office and shattered on the head of the deceased.As a result he died on the spot,Later the accused broke opened the hook of the cash chest with the help of iron hammer and committed theft of cash of rupees 9,0,956 and decamped with the booty……………….
On february 3rd of 2009 the accused Shaik Nazeer Ahmed @ Nazeer @ Bhayya 36 years,Sweeper in RMSZ Division,GPO and resident of Samsthan Narayanpur village and mandal in nalgonda district who was arrested by Abid Road Police and produced before the Hon’ble Court(SNB)…………
