Murder conspiracy foiled, two held

Hyderabad, August 31: The South Zone team of the Commissioner’s Task on Tuesday foiled a murder conspiracy and arrested two persons along with lethal weapons that they posessed.

According to police, on receipt of credible information that one Abdul Khaja and his associate Mohd. Younus were in possession of deadly weapons, the police took the duo into custody at Edi Bazar, Santosh Nagar, and seized two lethal weapons from their possession. During interrogation, it was revealed that the accused Abdul Khaja alias Chota Khaja is previously worked for one pick-pocketer Mansoor Gang, on the support of Abbu Ali Khan, rowdy sheeter of Hussaini Alam Police Station. However, the Abbu and Mansoor gang were having rivalry with another gangster Fayaz of Yakutpura to gain supremacy in the crime world.

Last month, Abbu and Mansoor hatched a plan to diffuse the strength of Fayyaz gang by eliminating gang leader Fayyaz. For this they procured lethal weapons, and distributed them in their gang and waited for appropriate chance. But all the gang members of Mansoor namely Ataullah Khan alias Chawoosh, Syed Khaja, Fammu Khan were arrested by Task Force along with their weapons, and Abbu Ali Khan and Chota Khaja went absconding. When the all gang members were in jail, Abbu forced Chota Khaja to give major share from the sale amount of stolen cell phones. To extract the amount from Chota Khaja, Abbu used to beat and harass him continuously. To get rid from his torture, Chota Khaja decided to eliminate Abbu Ali Khan by forming his own gang.

Recently he got separated from the Mansoor gang and was working independently by forming a new gang with his old associates namely Fammu, Farru and Naser and he also provided lethal weapons to them with an intention to kill Abbu Ali Khan. But the police foiled their plan and arrested them.

The arrested accused persons were handed over to Santosh Nagar Police Station for further investigation.
