A 23-year-old laborer, who was prisoner at Central Jail at Cherlapally, died at the Gandhi Hospital.
According to Kushaiguda police, the deceased, K Srinu, son of Venkataiah a resident of Tekmal of Medak district, was shifted to the Cherlapally Central Prison on May 11 of 2012 as a life Imprisonment in a murder case. He complained of illness on August 28 of 2012. On doctors’ advise, he was admitted to Jail Hospital, doctors says He is having HIV, due to mental depression deceased attempt suicide by hanging and unconscious, immediately shifted to Gandhi hospital on Jan 10 where he was died on undergoing treatment.
Kushaiguda Police registered a case and after postmortem, the body was handed over to his relatives. (INN)
