Hyderabad, September 4: Anti Corruption Bureau officials yesterday arrested Mr. N Samhadri Appana, municipal commissioner Ramchandrampuram East Godavari district for accepting 10 thousand rupees from a person. He had demanded the bribe for sanction of bills.
