(Siasat News) GHMC will appoint Special Officers to issue multipurpose identity cards to the handicapped for taking benefits of the Govt. schemes. These cards will be issued by Vikalguda Karyalaya Sankalp. Whenever there is any announcement of any facility, these persons names will be included in it.
