Mulayam Singh Yadav has emphatically said that the Samajwadi Party (SP) will contest the elections alone.
On being asked whether the SP will ally with Bahujan Samaj Party ( BSP ) leader Mayawati, Mulayam said, “The person about whom you are asking, I don’t take their name. I never even speak about them.”
This reaction comes days after Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad Yadav urged Mayawati and Mulayam Singh Yadav to set aside their differences and align with each other. (ANI)
