Mulayam, Thackeray, both dangerous for country: Joshi

Senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi today said the act of both Samajwadi Party president Mulaya Singh Yadav and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena(MNS) chief Raj Thackeray is dangerous for the country. “The statement of Mr Yadav to appease the minority community is dangerous for the country,” he told a press conference here. Dr Joshi said such a senior leader like Mr Yadav’s move to appease the minorities and ignore the majority community was highly objectionable. He said the demand of Mr Yadav to implement the Sachchar and Rangnath committees report was unethical as firstly a nation wide debate should be held for the purpose. “The SP leader should not make any move to divide the society or the country by his statement,” the BJP leader said. The former BJP president also criticised Mr Thackeray for opposing the leaders from other states contesting from Maharashtra. “BJP do not support such move by any political party trying to create differences among the people of the states and communities,” he said.
