Muhammad Ali’s `family member` selling his funeral footage for $1m

Johannesburg : The footage from Muhammad Ali’s funeral has reportedly been put on a sale for a million dollars.

The footage, allegedly taken by a family member secretly during a private service at the Cave Hill Cementery in Louisville, has been offered to US news outlets, reports Channel.24 reports.

A source, who was offered a chance to buy it , said, “It is disgusting that someone claiming to be member of Ali’s own family could deceive their own flesh and blood.”

“The seller initially tried to conceal their identity, but when asked how the footage was obtained we were told how they were a member of the family. It shows Ali being lowered into the ground and his family in tears. It’s disgusting. Clearly, they have no respect,” said the source from one of the outlets.

Muhammad, who passed away earlier this month at the age of 74 from septic shock, was laid to rest at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky. His funeral was attended by family and close friends, including Will Smith and former President Bill Clinton. (ANI)
