HYDERABAD: It was really sad and shocking indeed. A 40-year-old man died in a cinema auditorium while watching ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ movie in Hyderabad.
According to Telangana Today, the deceased identified as as Mubashir Ahmed came at Amba Theatre in Asifnagar on Wednesday afternoon alone for the matinee show.
While watching the movie, Mubashir apparently collapsed.
He was found dead there at around 5.30 p.m. after the show was completed when someone from the audience who started to leave the theatre spotted him motionless.
Sensing seriousness, they informed theatre management who immediately shifted him hospital where he was declared bought dead.
“He had already died. People seated beside him found him motionless after the show. Thinking he was asleep, they tried to wake him up. But sensing the seriousness they alerted the theatre management. The ambulance was alerted and paramedics declared him dead,” said Inspector, Asifnagar, P Venkateshwerlu.
Police had arrived at the scene as well along with the CLUES team.
A resident of Langar Houz, Mubashir was married for two years and was working in a private firm.
The victim’s family expressed no suspicion on his death and therefore no case has been registered.
