Ms. Humera Sultana, D/o Mr. Kabeer Ahmed former Station Director of All India Radio, Hyderabad and J&K was awarded Ph.D. in English Literature by Maulana Azad National Urdu University. She completed her research under the guidance of Prof. Amena Kishwar, former Head of the Department of English at Urdu University. Her topic of research was “Ane Tyler as a Liberal Feminist: A Study of, If Morning Ever Comes, Earthly Possessions and Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant”. She has been working as Lecturer in English at Imam Mohammed bin Saud University at Riyad (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) for more than a decade. She also worked as lecturer in English at Mumtaz College, Malakpet, Hyderabad in the 90’s.
