Chancellor of Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Mr. Zafar Sareshwala condemned the encounter of five Muslim youths. He stressed the need to make all possible attempts to get justice. It is not possible to get justice unless the probe is made under the supervision of Supreme Court. State Police cannot be trusted in this matter since they have opened fire against the Muslim youths.
He further told that the Muslims should approach the Supreme Court since the community has faith in the highest judiciary of the country. He offered all possible help in this regard.
He recollected the services offered by Siasat Urdu Daily and the people of Hyderabad during Gujarat riots of 2002. He was thankful to the people in this regard.
