C.M. of A.P. Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy awarded Mohanta Award to ACP of Falaknuma, Mr. Mohammed Taher Ali. He was appointed as Sub-Inspector of Police in 2000. He also got Seva Padakam in 1992 and Uttam Seva Padakam in 2002. He served in various police stations in the city. In 2002, 2003 and 2004, he also served as Hajj Volunteer. The then Consul of Hajj, Dr. Ausaf Sayeed gave him a certificate of merit in recognition of his good services during Hajj. Former DGP of A.P. Mr. V. Dinesh Reddy had also given him certificates of merit. He has been working as ACP of Falaknuma, South Division of Hyderabad since September 2012.
