(Siasat News) Senior IAS Officer, Mr. M. Samuel, Special Chief Secretary, Dept. of Environment and Forests has been transferred and posted as Chief Commissioner of Land Administration.
Mr. Samuel belongs to 1978 batch of IAS. He has held many importance posts in his tenure of 34 years service. On account of his meritorious services, he has been appointed to this important position. Earlier, Ms. Minnie Mathew was holding this post.
