Senior IAS officer, Mr. Mohammed Ali Rafath has decided to take voluntary retirement from Civil Service.
He wrote a letter to Dr. P. K. Mohanthy, Chief Secretary of the State to relieve him from service. Mr. Rafath belonged to 1994 bath of IAS Officers. He served in various capacities as Joint Collector Khammam, Karimnagar, Nalgonda and Secretary of the Dept. of Minorities Welfare.
