According to a press note issued by Controller of examinations of Maulana Azad National Urdu University Mr. Mohammed Mahboob Ali ( Mahboob Fareed) has been awarded Ph.D. in Urdu. He had submitted his dissertation on “Urdu Journalism in A.P from 1956 to 2006” under the supervision of Dr. Mosrath Jehan, Asst. Professor of Urdu. Mr. Mahboob Fareed had encompassed in his dissertation almost all the dailies, weeklies, fortnightlies, monthlies and other newspapers and periodicals.
