He wrote the dissertation on “Criticism is a Genre of literature-A critical analysis” under the supervision of Dr. Rizwana Moin, Associate Professor of Urdu at the University of Hyderabad.
Dr. Arif Sharfi is the son of Maulana Dr. Syed Mohammed Hameeduddin Quadri Sharfi, Sajjada Nasheen of Dargah Hazrath Tajul Urfa Syed Shah Saifuddin Quadri Sharfi.
