MPLB launches ‘save belief, save constitution’ campaign

The All India Muslim Personal Law Board has launched ‘Save belief and Save Constitution’ campaign against obliteration of the secular character of the country by pushing Saffron agenda by BJP-led central government. It has launched a countrywide movement to protect the fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution of India. The campaign was launched in the wake of the onslaught on the religious freedom in the form of Yoga, Surya Namaskar and distortion of school text and history books.

“Save Beliefs Save Constitution Movement” has been launched taking along with them all religious minorities, scheduled cast, scheduled tribes and the sensible people across the country.

Meetings, procession, conferences and protests will be staged across the county. Board member Mr. Mohammed Raheemuddin Ansari in a statement told that a meeting in this connection will be held on Friday, September 4, at Jamia Islamia Darul Uloom Hyderabad. Mr. Abdur Raheem Quraishi assistant General Secretary All India Muslim Personal Law board will preside over.
