MPJ urges to fix loopholes in T bill

President Moment for Peace and Justice Andhra Pradesh Hamed Mohammed Khan pointed out that the AP Reorganisation Draft Bill sent by the centre in connection with state bifurcation suffered from many lapses which need to be rectified. MPJ has also proposed some amendments. Number one is there is no need to make Hyderabad joint capital for 10 years it can be made joint capital for 2 years. He also stressed the need for inclusion of local people in the committee formed to distribute the government employees on principles of nativity. He demanded setting up of separate Telangana Public Service Commission. He asked to cancel the common entrance test for higher education.

Mr. Khan argued that the issue of Joint high court will raise many problems. He further said it is mentioned in the draft bill that the distribution of assets will be based on their location in the successor states. What cannot be linked to location will be distributed by population proportion of the two states but the assets of the state located in Delhi must be exempted from this; as the Andhra Pradesh Bhawan in Delhi is the property of former ruler of Hyderabad Huzoor Nizam.
