Mother clears 10th board exam with daughter

Mumbai: In a very unique and weird incident a 43-year-old homemaker and her 16-years-old daughter has together cleared their class 10th examination. Mother of two girls, Sarita Zagade, who have appeared in her first ever Secondary School Certificate (Class X) examination in March. The results were declared on Monday, Zagade has scored 44 percent marks and on other hand her daughter Shrutika scored 69 percent.

Zagade, joined night school to study in class 8th after her husband motivated her to study further as he was well qualified person and he is working with the Tax Appellate Tribunal. Sarita who lives in Wageshwari nagar in Sewri has dropped her studies in class 4th due to financial crises.

” I was not able to complete my education, I was in class 4th when my father died. We were four sister and one brother.” She said that she and sister use to earn money at that time to run their home.
