Mumbai, June 22: City girls in their desi avatars are captivating more and more public interest in the Imagine TV’s reality show ‘Desi Girl’ but not all of them are finding it simple to do acts as after bold Sambhavna Seth, it’s the turn of her best friend Monu (Monica Bedi) to get eliminated from celebrity reality show.
Sambhavna who was backing her friend Bedi tried her best to save the latter from being evicted voluntarily going out the show, but Bedi could not save herself.
A source said, “Panchayat had evicted Ishita who was with Monica in the danger zone. Since Bedi has been the favourite with the residents of the village we were sure she won’t be evicted. So expectedly Ishita was announced as the evictee but her co-contestants were not happy with this, they appealed the panchayat’s decision and they asked the sarpanch to reconsider on their decision.”
“It was then Monica was asked to leave. Apparently, Sambhavna is really upset, as she wanted her to win after she left the show,” the source added.
Now the girls left in the show are Roshni Chopra, Kashmera Shah, Roshni, Aushima Sahwney, Ishitta Arun and Dimpy Ganguly Mahajan.
