Mohd Haji files a case against Modi

Mr. Mohd Haji a Social Worker from Hyderabad filed a case in the Court of 8th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally against the C.M. of Gujrath Mr. Narinder Modi. In his petition he alleged that the interview given by Mr. Modi to a foreign Newspaper in which he used the words puppies to humiliate the Muslims. He gave this statements in the wake of communal riots of Gujrath occurred in 2002 in which an organized Genocide of the Muslims took place. Modi said that if a puppy is crushed under a car, one gets aggrieved. This statement hurt the feelings of crores of Muslims and therefore it is necessary a Criminal Case against him. He also said that Modi has given this statement keeping in view the General Elections to be held in 2014 for creating a division between Hindus and Muslims and also to organize communal riots. This is directly in contravention to the Constitution of India in which the Fundamental Right have been violated. The applicant has requested the Magistrate to take action against Modi under Section 295 A of Criminal Procedure Code of India.
