Hyderabad, September 09:The Prime accused in the Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai alias Mohammed Pahelwan was today released on bail from Cherlapally jail this evening.
A single bench of the High court yesterday granted bail to Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai, Hasan Bin Omer Yafai, Esa Bin younus Yafai, Yahiya Bin Younus Yafai, Fazal Bin Ahmed Yafai and Faisal Bin Ahmed Yafai.
The family members of Pahelwan furnished the bail sureties before the Nampally court and the court ordered the release of the accused persons.
However Mohammed Pahelwan and others were released from the Cherlapally at 6:45pm. At the time of release supporters of Pahelwan thronged jail and celebrated his release.
Immediately after the release Mohammed Pahelwan straight away went to the graveyard at Barkas and offered paid tributes to the slain Ibrahim Bin Younus Yafai who was killed in Police firing on the day of attack.
