Hyderabad: After he was granted 2-day escort bail by Nampally Criminal Court, Mohammed bin Omer Yafai better known as Mohammed Pahelwan and his nephew Saif bin Husain Yafai will be released today. VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge of Nampally Criminal Court granted 2-day escort bail to Mohammed Pahelwan and Saif bin Husain Yafai to attend the marriage ceremony of Mohammed Pahelwan’s niece. They will be released from Cherlapally Central jail in the afternoon of May 20. Police escort will accompany them. They will be again shifted to jail in the night. Similary on May 22, they will be released at 11 am to attend Valima ceremony and again will be shifted to jail on May 23 at 2 pm.
It must be recalled that during the hearing of Chandrayangutta attack case defence counsel advocate G Guru Murthy had filed a plea before VII Additional Metropolitan Session Judge seeking permission to release Mohammed Pahelwan and his nephew on bail. The Court accepted the plea and granted 2-day escort bail.
The marriage function is scheduled to be held on 20th May at Omer Function Hall, Chandrayangutta.
