Hyderabad, September 09: The Prime accused in the Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai alias Mohammed Pahelwan was today released on bail from Cherlapally jail this evening.
A single bench of the High court yesterday granted bail to Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai,Hasan Bin Omer yafai, Esa Bin younus Yafai, Yahiya Bin Younus Yafai, Fazal Bin Ahmed Yafai and Faisal Bin Ahmed Yafai.
MOhammed Pahelwan and his family members were arrested by the sleuths of Central Crime Station immediately after MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi was attacked in Chandrayangutta Barkas area on April 30 this year.
The senior Criminal Advocate Mohammed Muzaffarullah Khan Advocate today argued before the High Court bench and contended that the CCS police have long ago filed the charge-sheet in the Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case.
Earlier the High Court granted bail to Yonus Bin Omer Yafai the elder brother of Mohammed Pahelwan, Bahadur Ali Khan alia Munawar Iqbal and Awad Bin Younus Yafai.
