The Supreme of India today issued notices to state Government in connection with the bail petitions of Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai @ Mohammed Pahelwan in MIM Chandrayangutta MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case.
The Apex court has asked the Government to file the reply within three weeks. Hearing upon the matter in Special Leave petition filed by the accused,the double bench of Supreme court comprising Justice H.L. Gokhale and Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai heard the arguements of senior defence counsel KTS Tulsi and issued the notice.
